Warren is a life-long Howard County resident. After graduating from Glenelg High School, Warren attended Howard Community College and Towson State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1987. While in college, Warren became politically active as a member of the Towson University College Republicans.

Active in county politics, Warren was elected twice to the Howard County Republican Central Committee (1998 and 2002) and was Vice Chair before accepting the Delegate Appointment. He served as a member of the Howard County Redistricting Commission in 2001.

Warren has signed the “Taxpayers Protection Pledge” which states that He will not vote for any tax increases.

Warren resides on a small farm in Woodbine with his wife Jane and two children, Laura and Clay.

Warren wants to continue representing the residents of legislative district 9A. The citizens of Howard County are upset with the one party monopoly in Annapolis. In four short years the unemployment rate has doubled in part due to the anti business stance of the Governor and legislature. We can do better for our citizens by spending less, regulating less and letting business rest assured that they won’t be harmed by state government any longer!
