Awarded a scholarship in baseball and attended two years at Charles County Community College. (Now known as CSM)

Kelly left college so that he could give his full attention to his thriving business.

With a desire to serve the people in the great county he loves, Kelly chose to run for commissioner to make the future of Calvert a brighter one.
