I have lived and worked in District 10 for 60+ years. This gives me a unique knowledge of the area and appreciation for what has occurred over those years. I will work hard to stabilize the neighborhoods and improve the lifestyle of the residents. Although being one of the largest contributors to the taxbase in the area, Randallstown residents have long been underserved and deserve more upscale amenities. Woodlawn provides "walk to work" convenience for the thousands of employees at SSA and CMS, yet suffers from years of neglect. This must be changed. Coming from 26 years as a Realtor/Broker, I have an unusually broad knowledge base of what homeowners want and need and how to go about protecting them against the constant attacks upon financial security coming out of Annapolis. I have spent the last 3+ years in Annapolis during legislative sessions reviewing legislation, writing legislation, testifying for/against legislation and lobbying for/against legislation in an effort to promote the interests of all homeowners and Realtors. 2011 attacks on taxpayers will be stronger than ever. It is important to have someone on your side. It is time to make a change, and I represent that change. Everyone who knows me knows I am a strong fighter for what is right, fair and honest.
